So pnm came and fixed my electrical line...yay.
They arent turning the power back on yet but at least they finished the poke installation and now just removed the old pole :)
My landlord told me he us selling or rather returning the house to the mortgage company.
I told him to give it to me and i can rent the front and pay off the mortgage!!! I think he is just trying to get out from under a mortgage and will just let me have it.
He did however turn off my utilities as well as not providing electricity so march has been hellish and february was also bad with no lights or my electrical heater for my back room.
I have had the flu twice !!!
Well getting better inch by inch.
