Overnight oats

Since i dont have water or gas or electricity, overnight oats is really one of the best options i have discovered.

I do oats and ground flax seeds, then in the am i add banana whey protein wheat germ and lecithin.

This is a great and healthy start to my day :)

Hopefully i will get my utilities back on.  I dont even know if the landlord is the rightful owner, he lied to me about having a mortgage with a certain company.

Oh well.

Macadamia nuts and chocolate pumpkin seeds

I have been reading about ph alkalizing foods and apparently pumpkin seeds is one of them.  I got some dark chocolate covered ones and they are great.

I also splurged on macadamia nuts which i never get and added them to some overnight oats with banana and flaxmeal and whey protein powder and wheatgerm.

And i have started eating tons of fruit and carrots, which are totally alkalizing and wow i really feel fantastic :)
