herb chutny and crispy dosa

ok i think ive even made another perfection to dosa cooking my way. I have started grinding the rice dry then soaking. I add a little wheat flour and my latest addition is a herb chutny. oregano. mint. rosemary. thyme. white balsalmic vinegar. and also ive been adding much more oil to the pan...it all seems to get cooked through this way. maybe i will add a pic soon. i have been doing brown rice and white rice each on their own and that works well. also a way to make the dosa thin is to use the back of the sppon to smmoth the batter out in concentric circles.
