I have been working so hard to finish work projects before the new year. I even forgot my brothers bday on the 30th.
I just had a pork and waffle meal...kind of a new twist...seems southern or something.
I got a fermentation crock and have been making my own sauerkraut and kimchi which is supposedly extremely healthy.
I got a crink in my neck which i guess is due to tight hamstrings. And i ve learned the best way both to release tight hamstrings and the nech/shoulders since they cause tightness in each other. It is basically downward dog and then take little steps forward to the toes without bending the knees. Then take small stepd back into D dog and repeat repeat. Really really loosens tight hamstrings which loosens tight neck and back.
I got a crockpot for xmas as well as a cool peridot ring.
