Diet for weights

Kettle chips
Organic peanut butter
Homemade sauerkraut

This has been really regenerative for me having had the flu or near flu twice this winter. I am up to nearly all my leg weight and at 3/4 my regular routine.

Also providing me cheap energy  and enought money to buy vitamins and this is really stress relieving in fact if the creeks completely dryer than ert.
