actual smoothie

so i got a bunch of lettuce, oranges, and raw sunflower seeds to make smoothies with. i had a couple smoothies with dark greens and it kind of gave me the naseau you can get from like wheat grass...just very strong chloryphyll taste. so i thought lettuce as my base...its very mild. i learned vitamin c is good for maintaining iron in the body so the oranges are good for that and raw sunflower seeds are extremely high in vitamin e which is a really good skin vitamin. i ate a pack of them last week and my skin was baby soft. so this diet should probably be good for me to get back into my exercise routine...so fresh and juicy!!.
