car doors

ok well now i am convinced that the bang/boom sound is car doors being slammed. :) really relieved...and having some peace of mind. my latest food creation is sweet pancakes. They are great. i just use my sourdough starter (with the fermented dosa batter-rice and lentil) add flour sugar and then make them like a folded dosa...once they are folded in the pan i flatten the roll/fold with the back of my spatula to make sure all the batter gets cooked. they are pretty good.
