eating plum cake

so i broke into my fruitcake/plumcake. i wanted to preserve it until xmas but i waa a bit squeamish that i might waste another bottle of rum on it if it wasnt good. it is good and i think i did the right thing. very spicy...it has peanut butter though because i did not melt it...i think some just fell to bottom ( i noticed one big chunk. i would add more and melt it in. id make it again or any rum cake...just a matter of having the money. i also wanted to blog on a pasta dish i made where i brined some oregano and dandelion greens in a chile sauce and balsamic vinegar...reaaly good. and now baking mini bread loaf in a ramekin
