Driftwood

I just collected a bunch of driftwood from the arroyo for these macrame wall hangings.  I paper mached a bunch of beads made out of old toilet paper rolls and pompoms made from fabric scraps and then some stuffed fabric cubes.

Its pretty fun and an uber good way to use stuff up and practice art.

Just sampled a pear corn gluten free muffin and some black licorice.

I got a great high intensity training workout book for xmas.  Its pretty good for cross training as its good for core and flexibility in a different way than yoga and weight lifing.

My new favorite foods are wheat germ and keffir and lattes blended with canola oil ginger and cinnamon and sugar.
