Brussel sprouts, quinoa and corn pasta, cumin, peanuts
Flax seed muffin with tofu slice on top.
Wheat germ and keffir/yogurt
Coffee, bullet proof style with canola oil and milk, added sugar and salt.
Ive been doing a lot of working out and vitamin taking and coffee drinking so now im trying these recipes to see if they or other similar dishes would be good to incorporate into my lifestyle.
I also got some whiskey to make on of my favorite weird drinks, pickles/pickle juice, and milk.
