This is pretty nice season for me, relatively warm, not hot.
Im working on some yoga poses, dancers pose and thats coming along. I did a bunch of lizard variations and worked on both parallel and front splits tons. I am close to getting my foot and arching up, just using the strap.
I got some natural distilled turpentine spirits that ive been taking daily to remove biofilm. I dont know if its doing that but it seems be be removing pathogens which it says it can do.
Im crocheting a bunch of bags out of old bicycle innertubes. They have handles and are super.
I learned to use a grommet maker and a snap plier for some of my products and am teaching myself macrame :)
Ive been walking to get coffee each morning which is an awesome way to wake up and gives me enough energy to get a huge amount of work and working out done.
Also doing some tie die with bleach on denim and finally used my new muffin tin to make unsweetened chocolate chip muffins and then unsweetened flax cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. My uncle wants me to learn how to do buttercream, maybe some day :)
