crazy guy in other apt

these birds are psycho...they are always fighting. i think the main problem is the they chirp so loudly in my window. i am like are they trying to wake me up. and it doesnt help that the person in the other unit has some sort of disfunction where he cant sleep except for sometimes. i guess i am lucky to have it so easy though. i have read about people whose kept awake all night by mental people screaming on the other side of the wall .i feel like he is watching me through the walls like all the time. i am really hopeful it will get better...sometimes i can prevent myself from thinking like this though. and also i feel like if i just stay really positive...he's probably moving on anyways. he is just a weirdo who never goes out...an ex mental patient i guess. i think the main reason why i feel so bothered is because he doesn't seem to have any awareness of the world around him. i think he is from Minnesota
