so from walmart i bought:
white flour
whole wheat flour
lentils
dehydrated potatoes
brown rice
white rice
peanut butter
prunes
peanuts
marshmallows
graham crackers
and i made:
peanut pie
plum cake
parotta
potato filled chapati
mashed potato pie
lentil and rice pie
lentil and rice mush
pancakes
tortillas
naan
biscuits
my calorie restriction seems to not be happening but the lentil rice mush is a good soup base and soup is a great calorie restriction food.
