lentil mush

ok dosa update first: the outcome was good foodwise though not much like dosa. it was kind of like cream of wheat...i didnt add enough water and stuch to pan...pan was too dry i suppose. fruitcake update: just came out of oven. batter looked good...cooked extra long...might be a tad burned...got two cakes instead on one...may have used too much spice. could be a success...smells like rum.
