why? why? why?

so i guess this is my complaining section...the person that lives next to me ( separate apt separate door smae house) is like sometimes banging a lot...like noise. he is an older guy and pretty much never has guests that i notice. i cant figure out what this guy is banging on or what for. now i am waiting for two new seeds i ordered lettuce and hollyhock.
